我相信每個人都有其健康生活的心得。不論自己有否實行,心裡總會對健康的生活習慣有個底。大家不妨分享一下。我先來。

去餐廳叫飲品,總不忘說多一聲「少甜/少糖」。大家都知道少糖比多糖健康。你會發現少了糖的飲品並沒有削減飲品的滋味,反而因為少了糖份,你可以更清晰地嚐到飲品本身的真美味。例如奶茶,少一些甜,你會嘗到更香濃的茶香。

同樣,去餐廳叫冷飲,我會多說一句「少冰」(事實上我更常叫熱飲)。難道你沒有發現,餐廳總愛硬塞一整杯的冰塊,飲得下肚子裡的飲料其實只佔那隻杯子的一小部份,你能喝下肚的飲料並不多,喝完飲品後杯裡仍然留下極多冰塊,很浪費。而且飲品太冷對你的氣管和肚子都不好,對喉部易惹起咳嗽,肚子更因為接收了很多冰冷的訊息,為求保暖,會加速肚子上脂肪的形成,多喝冷飲會令你的腰部肥胖呢。

最佳的早餐選擇是穀類製品,粥是最好的。米飯充滿大地的能量,有豐富纖維質,令腸胃健康,可以平衡你增重(澱粉質/糖份)和減重(促進身陳代謝)的平衡,增強一天起來工作的能量,高營養但低脂肪,又易消化。印度吠陀醫學Ayurveda更指出,身體疾病的根源都是來自消化不良。故此促進消化系統健康很重要,吃粥故此是最好選擇,而且是要人親手慢慢煮的粥才成,(即食的不算)透過烹調,讓米飯裡的能量慢慢滲出來。

所謂健康飲品益力多,還是少飲為妙。因為其糖份非常高。故此不要被它的健康形象騙到。還有很多人都愛買紙包飲品,或那些所謂「健康飲品」,例如參蜜,涼茶,綠茶等。貪其方便,有不同口味,看似很有益。但你只要細看一下成份,你會發現那些根本就不是參蜜涼茶和綠茶,紙包飲品裡也不是果汁,全只是白糖加上色素及一些濃縮劑合成的飲品而已。你喝下肚裡除了糖份及色素外,最多也只是那少量付加的維他命C,何來營養?故此我買飲品的話,多數會選擇礦泉水,雖然淡而無味,但最少不會讓我喝下什麼不知名的東西。

有些朋友會斷食數天,有助清理腸胃。這方法當然相當徹底和健康,並且讓自己靜心,對提升心靈也很有幫助。我自己則有一套快捷和便宜的方法,就是花$40買一盒30包的保秀麗茶包,別人是用來瘦身用的,我是用來清宿便用的,故此我不會跟盒上的指示,一天兩包,還要天天喝。我隔很多天才會喝一包,而且在沖開水後,只要讓茶葉稍為融和在水裡已足夠,不用沖成濃茶,效果不需要太強勁的,否則後果會很辛苦。晚上喝一杯,第二天上廁所一次或兩次就已經清走腸道內的宿便,也不會令肚子太辛苦。

說起喝飲品,還有另一種幫助腸胃健康暢通兼殺菌的方法,就是以喜瑪拉雅鹽加入煮沸中的開水中,鹽的份量剛好令水的鹽份飽和,即是你不斷在開水裡下鹽,直至發現少許鹽再不能溶解為止。然後用水瓶儲起。每天早上把兩茶匙鹽水倒在清水內稀釋,一口氣喝下肚去便成。喜瑪拉雅鹽當然比普通鹽的成本高,可是你沖開之後,一包鹽可以喝好幾個月,超值的。

最後,分享一種人人都可以常常做,又不用成本的方法。就是在用餐前,向你面前的食物祝謝。感謝它的產生,感謝它的源頭,感謝經過多人的努力終於來到你桌上。可用你懂得的方法去送能量給食物(我自己就常用Sekhem能量),可呼喚天使祝福和潔淨,也可以單單想像一道白光籠罩著食物,想像食物充滿鮮味,能量和被潔淨。我試過有一次,我忘了祝福食物,放了一啖食物在口中時,就去為所有食物加入Sekhem能量。結果我覺得口裡的食物忽然變得更美味。當然你可以說這是心理作用,可是帶著感恩的心去吃東西,無論如何心情也都較為愉快,食物顯得更美味也是必然的吧。

Let me share a little bit tips on healthy diet.

Better to ask for drinks with less sugar. Not only it becomes healthier, but also you can taste the original flavor of the drink. For example, when having less sugar in a milk tea, you can taste more of the aroma of the tea.

Better to ask for less ice in an ice drink. It occupies most space in the glass, you consume less of your drink and cannot consume all the ice finally, what a waste. And too cold the drink could be harmful to your throat, causing coughing. Also icy drinks make your stomach feels colder, then it would ask your body to produce more fat to keep it warm. You will become fatter later on.

Congee is the best choice for your breakfast. Its high fibre component is good for digestion, balancing your weight gain and loss, raising your energies, high in nutrition but low in fat. Ayurveda claims that all diseases are based on indigestion. So it is important to keep your digestion system healthy. You should make your congee slowly by cooking, not taking those instant products, so that the energies inside the rice could be released slowly from the heat.

Never think that Yakult (a kind of drink similar to yogurt) is a healthy drink, because it is full of sugar. Also don’t be misled by the ‘healthy drinks’ and ‘juices’ in paper packs. They are all made by sugar and artificial colorings, with a little bit condensed juice only. Please don’t be fooled by their marketing tactics. They are not as nutrient as you think. So I prefer buying mineral water from supermarkets.

In order to relieve bowel sluggishness in a cheap and convenient way, I like using herbal tea bags named “Bioslim – Mild Laxative Herbal Tea". I do not follow the instruction in the package, because I am not aiming at weight loss as the tea bag primary goal does. I only drink once in a long period, soaking the tea bag lightly so that the tea is light and not too concentrated. Drink it at night, and the bowel sluggishness would be released the next day. It does not cause too much pain and uneasiness in the stomach.

Boil a pot of water, adding Himalayan salt into it until it become saturated. Store it. Then everyday you dilute 2 table spoons of salt water into a glass of water and drink it at once. It helps your stomach and digestive system healthy and cleaned.

Bless your food, or add in energy in your own way, or asking angels to clean and energize it, or just visualizing the food as cover by white light, being clean, delicious and nutrient. I always use Sekhem energy to bless my food, and it really heighten the taste of the food!
